Turning complex priorities into programs that work.

I help organizations design, build, and operationalize strategic initiatives that sit across teams, partners, and priorities, particularly in social impact, sustainability, responsible growth, and other areas where there is no obvious playbook.

Meaningful priorities often live between departments.

Organizations may be responding to growth, entering new communities, developing sustainability or social-impact initiatives, building external partnerships, or turning a patchwork of commitments into a coherent program.

The challenge is often the absence of dedicated capacity to connect the pieces, make decisions, establish ownership, and carry the work through implementation.

01

Strategic Program Design

For initiatives that are important to the organization but do not yet have a clear structure, owner, or path forward.

I listen to the people closest to the work, assess the existing landscape, and find the overlap between what is needed and what the organization is uniquely positioned to deliver. From there, I turn broad objectives into an actionable program framework.

  • Community and ecosystem listening
  • Strategic assessment and prioritization
  • Program architecture
  • Implementation roadmaps
  • Roles and decision-making structures
  • Budget and resource planning
  • Operating models and playbooks
  • Measurement frameworks
02

Partnership & Ecosystem Strategy

The right external relationships can make a program dramatically more effective, but partnerships need more than introductions.

I help organizations identify, evaluate, structure, and activate partnerships around a defined strategic objective.

  • Partner landscape development
  • Partnership strategy
  • Partner sourcing and evaluation
  • Relationship development
  • Program and partnership structure
  • Cross-sector collaboration
  • Activation planning
  • Partnership stewardship systems
03

Impact, Sustainability & Responsible Growth

For organizations that want their social or environmental commitments to translate into meaningful operations.

I help move sustainability, social impact, workforce, community, and responsible-growth initiatives beyond isolated activities and toward cohesive programs with clear ownership and staying power.

  • Social impact strategy
  • Sustainability program development
  • Community investment
  • Workforce development
  • Responsible growth initiatives
  • Community benefit programs
  • Strategic philanthropy
  • Impact measurement
  • Cross-functional implementation

Selected experience

Building programs from the ground up.

For six years, I built and led social-impact programming for a global consumer brand operating within a complex, highly regulated industry.

Before designing a new initiative, I listened to the people and organizations already doing the work and to members of the communities the program was intended to serve. I used those perspectives to identify the most important unmet need that matched what the company was positioned to contribute.

From that opening, I built programs, partnerships, and operating structures that could move from an idea into sustained implementation. The approach produced initiatives that other organizations and governments sought to adapt.

My experience spans program development, workforce initiatives, investment ecosystems, community organizations, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional implementation.

About Amanda

My background spans social impact, sustainability, program development, partnerships, workforce development, investment ecosystems, and cross-functional implementation.

Across ten years in technology, a global consumer brand, and independent consulting, I have led complex programs from strategy through implementation. That experience includes leading customer implementations at a SaaS startup serving a highly regulated industry, building cross-sector partnerships, and creating the operating structures that turn ambitious ideas into durable initiatives.

I also hold a graduate degree focused on engineering, sustainability, and health, which informs the systems-oriented way I approach complex organizational and societal challenges.

I am particularly drawn to work where the answer is not obvious at the beginning: several interests have to be reconciled, different parties hold pieces of the solution, and someone needs to turn complexity into a practical path forward.
